We count the lead time from the day we have both your products and your payment - not from the day you order. Product and clothing photos take 1-4 working days, commercial and lifestyle sessions 4 working days.
You order in the app, then send the products by courier to our studio in Warsaw (ul. Konstancińska 2, 2nd floor, 02-942). The address and order number are in the confirmation - write the number on the parcel so nothing gets mixed up.
Questions about this shoot
If one photo shows two or more items, the rate increases by 50% of the base rate. Sets with additional elements can be shot as a single packshot - by prior arrangement with us.
Retouching is more than simple corrections. It includes:
- Straightening edges
- Removing any imperfections in the material
- Advanced lighting work
- Colour grading
- Bringing out product depth and texture
- Specialised work tailored to the type of product
We do all this while keeping the photos completely natural. Our goal is to make the post-production invisible in the final photo.
The online session is included: you get a personal link and, at the agreed time, follow the work live and send your comments to the photographer.
